Our client, a renowned human resources and temporary employment firm, hires its temporary workers nationwide for various client companies. One of its main functions is to carefully and carefully manage payroll updates for the hours worked by its temporary employees at the physical locations where they work.
To develop this solution, QSOFTING carried out a detailed engineering process based on business understanding. It created a module on the main platform and developed a mobile application that, based on a QR code scan, generates the employee’s check-in and then checks out. Once the records are obtained, a microservice is implemented and made available that automatically calculates all employee hours, reducing a task that took days to a few seconds.
