Our client, a company that has established itself as a concrete supplier, needed to digitally transform the way service orders were managed from inception through production, closing, and delivery. In this case, QSOFTING needed to understand the organization, its processes, its value chain, and its production plant.
Our engineering solution was to unify the process of creating service orders, closing them, and managing accounts for each client. This allowed for the management of clients, suppliers, product types, technical specifications, formulas, and shipments, as well as the migration of concrete production so the system could evaluate usage and materials.
